Anita Horsley

During Anita Horsley’s years as a firefighter in Atlanta, she trained firefighters to be nationally certified personal-fitness trainers. She also developed, from initiation to implementation, the Health and Safety Program.

As a Training and Development Specialist at the Oregon Office of State Fire Marshal (OSFM), she founded the eLearning track and worked all areas of training. Anita was the domain manager for the LMS and program coordinator of the eLearning implementation team.

She coordinated the Oregon State Captivate User Group for three years and has taught Captivate at local colleges and to city employees in Oregon. She is an Adobe Certified Expert and has her Masters’ degree in education.
