National Recruiting Center's Client, a large government integrator, has at least 6 Openings for Instructional Designers in Quantico, VA.

National Recruiting Center has multiple openings for Instructional Systems Designers. Candidates need to have Top Secret Clearance.

On a day-to-day basis, these individuals will work as a team to review and develop new training curriculum of existing and new requirements.  They will conduct needs assessments for career choices, identify job tasks for training, map job tasks to training and identify gaps. The Instructional Designers will support the end client in reviewing, analyzing and developing the training curriculum and gauge how programs are performing as far as costs, schedules various parameters. 

This team will participate in meetings, review documents, correspond with employees and contractors to reach to goals of this program.
 
To be qualified candidates must have:

1. at least 1 year of ADDIE Experience, and 
2. A Top Secret Clearance will be required
