Feedback from Instructional Designers wanted!

Looking for feedback from those who want to impact the field of instructional design! Contribute 15 minutes to an online survey on Instructional Design, Online Quality, and Technology Practice today! Looking for novice to expert Instructional Designers with online experience.

My name is Eric Bose, an instructional design technology practitioner and a PhD learner at Capella University in the Instructional Design for Online Learning specialization. I am working on my dissertation that examines the potential relationships between practiced instructional competencies, technological abilities, and quality standards of online learning. I want to hear from you how technology and media have impacted your practice. You do not have to be an expert instructional designer, technology, or quality standards, but should have practiced instructional design in the online space at some point. The hope is to understand where relationships may exist between the practice of competencies, technology, and quality amongst instructional designers and I need your help to get us there.

I am actively seeking participants for this research study and this should only take about 15 minutes to complete.

NEXT STEPS:
If you agree to participate, please complete the following steps:
1) Download and read the informed consent form:
https://docs.google.com/open?id=0B9a_98clWfpBVGpTQkdDX0djNFE

2) After reading the informed consent form and if you qualify to participate, please click on the online survey link here or at the bottom of the informed consent form to participate:
https://www.surveymonkey.com/s/EricBoseIDStudy

*Note: All questions are marked as required. If you miss one, the missed question may not be visually highlighted, so please review your answers carefully.

If you agree to the informed consent information, please complete an online survey where you will be asked to rate your degree of knowledge and practice of instructional competencies, technological affordances/abilities, and quality standards. In addition, you will be asked to rate the degree of impact each competency, technology ability, and quality standard has on your current practice as an instructional designer.

Your time and expertise are very important to the success of this study. All information will remain confidential and your anonymity will be maintained throughout the study.

Your contribution to this research effort may provide insight into the identification of a shared set of principles across the practice of instructional design, online technology, and quality standards. Your participation is optional and you can withdraw at anytime, but completion of the entire study will be appreciated. Written permission to post this recruitment has been granted by this group’s owner.
