Senior Instructional Design Leads – 6 Months+

We are currently looking for Senior Instructional Designers who have had commercial experience of K-12/US educational curriculums, suitable applicants need to have experience of the following:
*Proven experience contributing strongly towards the design and creation of software products from a learning design perspective.
*Proven experience in a lead project role managing internal, and outsource partner resources.
*Proven experience collaborating with graphic designers, animators, technical engineers and QA.
*Understanding of current trends in education and the educational market.
*Strong conceptual skills, a critical eye for detail and the ability to translate complex concepts into visual representations.
*Excellent proofreading and writing skills, attention to detail.
*Coordinate with outsource production companies to ensure that learning design integrity is maintained consistently, and ensure that outsource partners comply with instructional design requirements.
*Work with Subject Matter Experts (SME's) to identify what students need to learn and how they learn.
