E-Learning Developer (eLearning) / Instructional Designer required by our client to join their small but dynamic team. You will be required to do a mixture of some projects from scratch plus re-writing existing materials and developing them into e-Learning modules for inclusion on the LMS.

The majority of the work is initially going to be related to good working practices and training materials for IT so it would be beneficial for you to have had experience in those areas.
Essential attributes:

• Experience with e-Learning development
• Self-starter able to work on own initiative
• Excellent communicator
• Creative
• Excellent English language and grammar
• A deep seated interest in production of high quality and engaging learning materials
• Office based position – Commitment to commute daily

Beneficial:

• Development of training materials for IT related subjects
• Experience with Articulate (In particular Articulate Storyline) and/or Captivate
