We need an expert in the design of training programmes to work in UNHCR’s Global Learning Center located in Budapest. It is important that you can demonstrate expert technical skills in the design of blended learning programmes (including face to face and e-learning), as well as have a strong understanding of adult learning practices. Some experience in the design of humanitarian training programmes is also helpful.
