With more than a billion employees being mobile in the world, three trends are becoming more and more important in the Learning industry: eLearning, mLearning and Blended Learning.

The Learning Industry is a billion dollar plus industry. As you already know there are hundreds of Learning Portals out there. This is why I decided to research how popular on social media these portals are?

I receive all the time requests from fellow eLearning developers, instructional designers, training and learning professionals concerning Learning Management System solutions.

Several professionals in the Learning industry want to convert their f2f courses into an eLearning format. However, several of them do the same mistake again and again. They believe that by simply moving their content such as PowerPoint presentations, videos, audios, and documents to a Learning Management System that they have converted their face to face courses to an eLearning format. In my opinion, they have convert their traditional courses to an electronic format.
