Organizing learning as collections of short educational episodes is a trend that is getting more and more attention from corporates. While educational episodes do not provide a complete context and do not provide a complete background in the same way as a full course could do, they are particularly effective in delivering “just enough” or “just-in-time” information, and are often more easily accepted by employees than larger and more time-consuming courses.
