I think all the time about how I would answer mid-20th century American jazz singer Peggy Lee if she asked me, “Is that all there is… to eLearning?”. Regrettably, the world will never know what contributions miss Lee might have made to our eLearning initiatives. I am going to insist here though that training to become a better “worker bee” is not all there is to eLearning. Here is how a culture of self-advocacy can add value to the eLearning universe.
