Finding a true partner rather than an order taker.
What do you like best?
Sponge take a fresh, creative looks at each and every solution. Understanding the brief and also being unafraid to use their expertise to respectfully challenge and suggest new ideas. In an industry heavily populated with order takers it is refreshing to find a true partner who makes every effort to make my course the learning experience of the year.
What do you dislike?
In every relationship things do not always go to plan or work the way we intended them to. We had some issues over our LMS and compatibility with the software which lasted a couple of weeks. However Sponge held their nerve better than I did and with steely determination delivered on a solution in time.

What do you like best?
Great team to partner with, built some fantastic relationships and I really enjoyed the high level of innovation and enthusiasm.
What do you dislike?
When I first originally started to work with Sponge this was not the case, however their pricing structure is now upper quartile in comparison to other companies who are able to offer similar services.

A great business to work with.
What do you like best?
Implementing an elearning programme was a new challenge for us and the team at Sponge UK provided the guidance and support we needed to ensure we were always going in the right direction. The passion and enthusiasm of the team really shone through and helped in making the process enjoyable. Since launch we have had really positive feedback from employees and feel we have definitely achieved what we set out to.
What do you dislike?
Nothing!
