What do you like best? As a 20 year veteran in elearning initiatives, I have used more LMS solutions than you'd care to remember. Matrix LMS stands out in the current cluttered LMS market as the best value fully featured solution currently available. As a regular on procurement activities with SME companies and vocational training providers, Matrix feature set consistently meets the greatest overall operational needs for a vibrant digital implementation.

What do you like best? The range of integrated features 'out-of-the-box' with Matrix LMS initially attracted us to the solution and we're glad it did! Having experience with a wide range of LMS platforms, Matrix is hands down the best value for money solution for our needs as a fully featured digital learning & social community environment. The high level of support for the solution and ongoing published development roadmap means we can keep our users informed easily & be sure we have future proofing inbuilt.

Great product but rising costs

What do you like best? The entire package is very well designed, the team is responsive for support (sometimes within minutes), and the features are outstanding.
What do you dislike? As a small business owner, the company is pacing themselves out of reach due to the rising costs. Most disappointed over this...even with their smallest package restricts features that pushes a small business owner to have to upgrade or look for a different product. I hope Matrix reconsiders their recent price increase of over $1,200/yr for smaller packages. Due to the rising costs, I am not willing to recommend Matrix to other small business owners.

What do you like best? We use this platform for compliance and for training, we like that we can build our courses and that the UI is responsive (most of the time we are on the road and use it on the phone). Very user-friendly, we recomand it.
