Torch is fine for tracking ILTs but leaves a lot to be desired in tracking/housing eLearning.

What do you like best? Easy to use from both a User and Admin standpoint.
What do you dislike? It's very unreliable ... some main feature or an eLearning itself seems to be constantly "down". Torch is unresponsive to upgrade requests that most of their customers have requested (as shown in their Community Forums page of their Support website, to which I visit constantly ...). Finally, they say their TinCan compliant but they are not.

What do you like best? Torch is super easy for my end-users to utilize. Their interface is simple and users can get what they need in less than two clicks. The requirements feature is really nice and straight forward.
What do you dislike? The reporting feature is nice but sometimes you can't get the information you need. There is no review mode for eLearning courses. Their enhancements do not come quickly.. Nor are they communicated clearly. The requirement feature is super-nice but not as flexible as I would like. I wanted to create a requirement where users had to complete three of the six courses. Pricing is high for system. The course catalog is easy to use but can be a headache if you purchase an eLearning library.

OK product, good price point, inconsistent experience, not ready out of the box

What do you like best? It looks great, It's easy to use and basic for a user to understand and operate.
What do you dislike? Some of the features are not ready to go out of the box. They over promised on the readiness of the product. 6 months in on being live and we still have significant performance issues. Service is hit and miss with communicating issues and resolutions.

What do you like best? - Ease of use for both Admin and End User - Straight forward design (Simple and Modern) - Easily customizable with your companies graphics - Support team is quick and responsive - Growing company. This is both good and bad, new feature releases come often but sometimes impact the integrity of the system.
What do you dislike? - We have run into a few reporting issues and this feature could be more robust - The load time through SSO can be slow and can be impacted by slower network connections (Their team is working to get this resolved)
