We are looking for an experienced Director of Demand Generation to drive our demand generation initiatives. You will design and monitor effective marketing tactics that align with our business goals. Our ideal candidate has a solid Marketing background and work experience with high-end B2B services or technology. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that the Marketing department’s activities contribute to our company’s long-term success.

Responsibilities
  • Implement a cohesive demand generation marketing plan to generate MQLs.
  • Set short-term goals for internal teams.
  • Work closely with the Vice President of Sales to develop and implement account-based marketing plans.
  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on marketing metrics for the CEO.
  • Designing, planning, managing, and optimizing integrated digital campaigns across multiple channels to generate pipeline.
  • Monitoring and reporting campaign performance with granular tracking across relevant KPIs, including but not limited to impressions, clicks, web visitors, video views, collateral downloads, leads, initial sales conversations, and revenue.
  • Creating impactful nurture programs to improve conversion rates from leads to opportunities.
  • Working closely with the Vice President of Marketing for both granular tracking, reporting, and efficient lead management in the handoff from marketing to sales.
  • Overseeing vendor selection and contracts as needed.
Qualifications
  • 3–5 years proven work experience as Marketing Director or Demand Generation Manager
  • Demonstrable experience designing and implementing successful demand generation marketing campaigns
  • Experience with Salesforce, marketing automation (Pardot), and account-based marketing platforms
  • Excellent communications skills
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strategic mindset with ability to make decisions
  • BS degree in Marketing, Communications or relevant field, MBA preferred
