She develops educational technology plans and online learning strategies for schools, school districts, states, universities and ministries of education in the US, Asia, Africa, South America, and the Caribbean. She is also an author, invited speaker, instructional designer, online instructor, curriculum development specialist, and evaluator and researcher on effective e-learning programs.
