Building A Culture Of Compliance In Fast-Moving Organizations

Compliance training is a key priority for Learning and Development teams. In a recent Brandon Hall study, 62% of organizations mentioned compliance as the most important component of their training mandate. Fast-moving organizations that work across multiple geographies often grapple with international laws and face challenges of attrition, retraining, and redeployment of resources at scale. The challenge of embedding a culture of compliance in the very fabric of the organization becomes a critical factor.

Logistics is one such industry where non-compliance can affect business operations on a massive scale. Therefore, integrating technology to make compliance easy and trackable becomes a crucial element of seamless business operations.

Join Megan Carley, Director of Talent Success, and Jelani Hill, Content Manager from Coyote Logistics, in a fireside chat with Dr. Allen Partridge from Adobe as they explore how Coyote Logistics navigates the complex landscape of several international regulations and prepare a frequently shifting workforce.

During this session, we will explore:

  • Challenges you have seen that have been provoked by non-compliance in your industry
  • The role of technology and automation in ensuring that your compliance training requirements are met
  • How to scale compliance training programs and regularly track employee performance
