Creating A Winning eLearning Gamification Strategy

Your eLearning gamification strategy matters! In this webinar, we'll discuss the benefits and critical components of applying game theory in digital learning. Learn how to create a learning experience in which users have increased knowledge retention. We will also spend some time talking about two specific case studies of implementing a successful eLearning gamification strategy.

Properly implemented gamification entices, motivates, challenges, and empowers learners so that they willingly achieve higher objectives. Gamification is more than entertainment, and although games need to be fun, they lead to deeper engagement, better retention, and changes in behavior. Learners explore concepts, make strategic decisions, receive immediate feedback, and re-engage after unsuccessful attempts.

During this session, you will learn:

  • The key components of building games inside every learning asset
  • The basics of creating a true game
  • How game theory was applied in two specific examples: cybersecurity training and an active shooter Virtual Reality simulation
