The 6 Essentials Of Empowered Learner Experiences

Today’s learners don’t want to be pushed into training. They want to choose learning journeys that benefit them directly and in very specific ways, whether that's being better equipped to do their jobs, training toward development and/or advancement, or feeling more connected to others. They also expect everything to tie into the greater purpose of their job and the mission of the company. Ultimately, they want to feel included and involved.

Based on findings from SAP’s Learning Research Program, this session will discuss the 6 essentials in the learner experience cycle that drive the desire to learn, support learning with the right systems, and produce outcomes that inspire people to want to restart the cycle. It will be led by learning experts from SAP Litmos and SAP SuccessFactors, who will offer combined insights on learning technology, workforce psychology, and industry best practices in L&D and HXM.

Attend the webinar to:

  • Improve how you “attract” learners to your programs, paths, and courses.
  • Get tips on making it easier for learners to access and navigate the LMS.
  • Streamline how learners engage with content and what drives them to do so.
  • Consider learner experience in the context of different audience types, such as employees, customers, and partners.
  • Hear the latest information from SAP's Learning Research Program as it relates to empowered learner experiences.
