5 Key Learning Audience Questions To Ask Before Building Your Education Program

Need to build a memorable training program? Then, understanding your learning audience is a top priority!

However, learning audiences are rarely comprised of a single type of learner. More precisely, you need to engage effectively a multi-generational workforce, with geographically dispersed members, consisting of neuro-diverse learners with many more demographic differences.

Consequently, you need to develop training programs that “work” for everyone. Does this sound challenging? It is indeed, especially when “everyone” includes audiences that you do not have direct contact with on a daily basis!

So, if you strive to create memorable experiences for your audience, this webinar is for you! Join Michael Sinno, Vice President, Learning and Development, NICB and Jimi Gipple, Director of Customer Experience, Acendre, and take a look at the importance of answering some key questions before developing or redeveloping your educational programs.

During this session, we will discuss:

  • Why you need K-Y-A
  • The importance of knowing demographic makeup and learning experiences of your audience
  • How to determine if you have a learning or training culture
  • Why it is necessary to create training programs for diverse audiences
