Civica Learning's integrated learning record store (LRS) collects comprehensive data on users' learning activities, both inside and outside of the LMS.
Mobile learning apps - for iOS and Android - enable learners to access their digital leanring content online, they can also download content for offline access. Whether learners are in the office, working away from their normal office location, travelling or at home, using the apps, they can access their learning content.
Social learning feature enables learners to share knowledge by participating in discussion forums, rate and provide feedback on content. Gamification options allow points, badges and trophies to be assigned for completed activities such as content completion or high assessment scores.
