Jeff has been designing and delivering innovative learning solutions for K-12, Higher Ed, and global corporations for over 13 years. As a Performance Consultant with AllenComm, Jeff employs his unique skillset to craft award-winning training experiences for companies across multiple industries. A perpetual entrepreneur and former small business owner, Jeff has an ingenuity for developing creative and effective solutions within fixed budgets and with limited resources. He has an MA in Political Science from Utah State University.

As an Instructional Designer, Aubrey enjoys finding solutions to meet learner challenges. In a year and a half at AllenComm, she has helped create engaging web-based trainings, ILTs, and VILTs for a variety of businesses. She approaches each of her projects with energy, empathy, and creativity providing innovative solutions that benefit their business partners and help their learners truly excel. Prior to joining AllenComm, Aubrey honed her communication and collaboration skills as a marketing manager, an event planner, and most recently as the Director of Operations at the Leonardo Museum. True to her effervescent and artistic nature, she holds an MFA in Ballet from the University of Utah.
