That’s where you come in. Everyone knows that technology, especially mobile tech, is changing daily, with new applications, hardware and accessories debuting constantly. We’re looking for a forward-thinking, tech-savvy instructional designer who can take the next iPhone, Android, Windows Phone or Blackberry, understand and break down everything the consumer is going to need or want to know about that product, and create world-class computer- and classroom-based trainings that will prepare our tech concierges to guide consumers through almost any imaginable high-tech roadblock. Desired Skills & Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree. Master’s viewed favorably.
- 6+ yrs instructional design experience.
