The artificially intelligent characters actively engage with the learner and respond with replies appropriate to the quality and context of the learner message. All of the AI-based characters are designed with their own unique personality, agenda and communication style that plays out as the simulation progresses. Through authentic interactions with these characters, participants learn. They learn to take risks, solve complex problems, collaborate, persuade, and think critically. They learn to deal with failure, to build meaningful relationships and to connect with others on a deeper level.
