Our catalogue of courses includes a Food Safety essentials qualification. This course is for you to achieve an essential safety level (EHP approved) for working in catering. For commercial kitchens, food and beverage service, food manufacture, catering support, and ancillary activities within catering settings. This course is based on a series of interactive slides and linked exercises with staged (practice) assessment questions based on multiple-choice, culminating in a final exam. The final online exam must be passed to receive the qualification.
