What do you like best? The quality of the audio is great with plenty of voice choices and the platform is easy to use. Excellent and prompt customer service.

What do you dislike? A "nice to have" would be a default setting so it automatically returns to the most used voice.

Does not sound like a real person. Unconvincing and robotic.

What do you like best? It's really cheap. Much cheaper than a voice actor. Like the other companies have said here, you can save thousands of dollars. If I were producing content strictly to satisfy a requirement, and I were unconcerned with learning results, this would be fine. But I need my students and listeners to actually learn something from my e-learning courses, not just run it in the background and get a completion certificate later.

What do you dislike? It 100% does not sound like a human. It's getting there, but it takes more effort to program in inflections than I'm willing to expend. Even then, I don't have the skill set to make this thing sound like a human who knows what he's talking about.

Exciting tool, greatly recommended, upto the mark.

What do you like best? Great native voices, multiple accents. Output is very close to real human. Feature like emphasis helps a lot. Cost is almost 1/10th of what I would have paid to any voice actor. Also I can change my content any time I want without having to worry to hire voice actor again!

What do you dislike? Cant think of any, if they start offering APIs, I believe it would help even more

Must to have tool for Instructional Designers, great concept.

What do you like best? Great voices with a good set of features. Saved cost and time for getting narrations done. Simple tool. Must recommended to eLearning specialist

What do you dislike? None, I upgraded from their monthly plan to the yearly plans so that corroborates the experience for me.

Amazing team to work with.They guided well about the the tool which really helped me.

What do you like best? I used their voices in few of my presentations and I must say that I am super impressed with the voice quality.It helped me to change my text to voice very easily

What do you dislike? To be blunt,I could not find any.It served my purpose very well and I am happy with the output.

What do you like best? Switched to Murf from finding voiceover artist of each course. Saved 1000s of $ with them in getting narration done for our learning courses. Their AI Voices are really good with a large variety. Served many SMBs learning requirements really quickly.

What do you dislike? None. Have been working with them for over 4 months now, never faced any issue. Great team and customer support.

What do you like best? They have voices for all audiences. With different accent and languages, I was able to replicate voice-overs of my e-learning and marketing videos to suit local people, that too really fast.

What do you dislike? I believe that they are doing a great job, with no negative aspects as such. I had few queries initially on how to operate the tool but with their customer support, I was able to resolve them instantly.

Should have discovered them before! All I wanted, delivered into a single package!

What do you like best? Murf provides voiceover varieties and it does not feel even for a moment that it's a non-human voice. Great pricing too!

What do you dislike? Have been using the tool for 3 months now, no complaints whatsoever. In fact, they keep on adding new voices. Great stuff!!

What do you like best? Have generated narrations for more than 50 courses using Murf online tool, and I must say they have provided us a great platform to scale up things really quickly. Text is converted to uber realistic voices in minutes. Saved a lot of cost and time for us.

What do you dislike? Nothing specific, this tool delivers on all aspects of our requirements. Never had any sort of problems. Very supportive team.

What do you like best? It saved me time and lot of cost for my getting voiceover done for our E-learning courses. The voices have great quality, never felt that it is not human.

What do you dislike? Nothing at all, no complains. We completed our deliverables much before expected timelines. We really liked the product!
