The Sustainability Games (TSG) framework is a code based framework that enables organisational adoption of sustainable development. It features a competency framework, SDG measurement, a gamified benchmark, a knowledge database, representation of organisational culture and storytelling. All this content power is released through gameplay and subsequently the aggregation of play data to deliver insights and improvement perspectives.

History:
The Sustainability Games framework was founded in 2016 right after one of the founding partners negotiated a treaty with The Dutch parliament to stimulate education for sustainable development in 2014. The framework and it's content production method are based on thorough anthropological fieldwork and a qualitative and quantitative analysis of the input of over 300 Dutch employers. The company behind the framework was officially launched in January 2018 and is called One Future Heroes.
