The Tobin Center for Executive Education, a division of The Peter J. Tobin College of Business of St. John’s University, is a leader in providing risk management and insurance programming to companies, executives, management and staff, including newly-hired employees. With over a 30-year history, the Center offers online, on-demand, professional certificates, as well as remote-learning programming using virtual classrooms (i.e., instructor-led and blended formats).

The Center also develops and delivers specialized conferences, webcasts, and events, as well as customized instructor-led programs designed to meet a client’s specific needs, using a highly collaborative, consultative approach. Our in-person programs can be delivered remotely, at our state-of-the-art campus in the heart of Silicon Alley in New York City's East Village, where St. John's has a state of the art 70,000 square foot high tech campus, including classrooms, a research library, and conference space, or at a client’s location.

Combining the academic achievements of our Tobin faculty with our roster of experienced practitioners, we bring a deep and diverse range of subject matter expertise, focusing on both theory as well as practice, to add value to our clients.

Our online courses are either self-paced/on-demand, remote instructor-led, or blended certificate programs. They can be accessed either through our registration portal, which has full LMS capabilities, or be co-branded and installed on a client's internal system using a SCORM-compliant format.

Over the years the Center has delivered customized training and benchmarking programs to some of the world's largest and most sophisticated organizations, including Ping An Insurance Company, Ernst & Young, Deloitte, AIG, Arch Insurance, and many others (client list available upon request).
