What is Adaptive LMS+?

Adaptive shows you quantifiable, measurable, and trackable results related to your learning and development objectives.
Other systems show you how much content your people have consumed, we show you how they have changed their behavior and how that leads to better performance on the job.
Set and track SkillGoals
Once your team members have assessed their current skill levels, they can set SkillGoals to provide a map for their development journeys. SkillGoals can also be set by team leaders, and can be time-sensitive.
This is what triggers the process for turning learning into action and results, and gives your leaders the ability to hold people accountable.
Review team progress publicly
Team progression in the system is always public to encourage accountability. This sort of transparency encourages team members to continue to up-skill in weak areas and achieve mastery in the competencies in which they are already skilled.
Team leaders are encouraged to pull up the team matrix in every ActionClass they host to close the loop each month.
Coach individual progress privately
While overall SkillScores are public, leaders can coach individual team members privately using the SkillPlan function.
Using this function, leaders can answer questions or provide constructive feedback, so that development is a never-ending process.

What do you like best?
Overall, Adaptive has helped our staff develop learning, skills, and a growth mindset! Plus, it's been great for introducing leadership skills to teams. The tool's implementation is easy. I'm delighted that we can now foster a learning environment alongside team engagement. Besides, using Adaptive has been a great conversation starter in team meetings. It has given us the chance to discuss learning and new ways to excel as a business.
What do you dislike?
I'd love to see more tools regarding team engagement in a more collaborative approach. Learners don't have to be guided by management.

Adaptive is very easy to use! Getting your team on board will be effortless. It is comprehensive in its scope, and it can integrate easily with your company's training system. Adaptive's format makes it highly engaging, especially for motivated employees.
What do you dislike?
The team at Adaptive could consider having a few case studies of how other organizations can use their tool. By doing so, companies like ours will gain creative insights. Also, the initial communication and instructions could have a better delivery.

What do you like best?
I've spent hundreds of hours getting sucked in watching YouTube videos and TED talks on productivity. But that didn't get me anywhere close to what I wanted to do... When it comes to taking action, using a tool like Adaptive gives you more clarity on what to do next as you move your business forward. ActionClass by Adaptive has managed to help me and my team focus on what matters to get business results.
What do you dislike?
Sometimes the attendance was a bit low, which initially let me down. But, I've gotten real value from every session, no matter how many people attended.
I love the format of the ActionClasses—great quality of the book summaries.

What do you like best?
The ActionClasses were great! What I like most is collaborating with folks from different fields. By doing so, I can think of my problems from another perspective. The content and summaries are engaging and helpful. Using the breakout rooms to discuss concepts and work together towards solutions is a big plus.
What do you dislike?
The ActionClass questions are repetitive. I was more likely to engage and attend more when searching for the summary content.
Training made easy. This tool is useful for every member of your team!

What do you like best?
Our employees are excited about how they can apply what they've learned through the content. Adaptive's biggest pro for us is its informational sharing prompt. One of my favorite aspects regarding this platform is that everyone in my team can get valuable info, no matter their job role. Best of all, the content is tailored to the individual needs of each employee.
What do you dislike?
The only thing I can mention here is that we are still trying to get all of our team members to use it. Educating employees on the functionality and user-friendliness of the program takes a bit of time. Consequently, we haven't seen it roll out to our whole staff.
