In 2020, the Covid-19 pandemic upended traditional employee training, leaving companies scrambling to find makeshift solutions. Identifying the universal demand for efficient and engaging employee learning, three software companies in Estonia collaborated to develop the first version of Coursy for a top Baltic retailer.

Introducing Coursy's dynamic trio: a corporate training expert, a product designer, and a master of andragogy. Motivated by the untapped potential of the initial product, they embarked on a six-month quest to transform Coursy into a standalone venture, culminating in the successful launch of Coursy Technology OÜ.
