Doctor eLearning is a tool that lets you compress, edit, and translate published eLearning content — including SCORM packages — without needing the original source files. It is designed for L&D teams, instructional designers, content owners, and LMS administrators who need to optimise course size, update media, and localise content quickly.
SCORM Compressor
The tool takes an eLearning SCORM zip file and reduces its size by 2x–15x. Recent customer examples include 800MB content brought down to 80MB — a 10x reduction — allowing it to fit within LMS upload limits and load faster for end users.
SCORM Editor
The editor allows changes to multimedia files — audio (MP3), video (MP4, MOV, MPEG), and images (JPG, PNG) — directly inside the zip file. Even if authoring tool access is unavailable, or the original vendor is no longer engaged, or the content is legacy, all of it is editable in Doctor eLearning.
eLearning Translation
Doctor eLearning also enables translation of courses into 130+ languages, all without re-publishing from an authoring tool. Doctor Elearning Translation workflows support DOCX and XLIFF-based formats.

I like the translation feature most as it quickly converts content into multiple languages with ease. It has 130+ language for translation.

What do you dislike?
It is extremely hard to criticise this platform in any way due to its high level of efficiency and performance. The Doctor eLearning platform works great in terms of handling any type of work related to creating SCORM files. Moreover, the platform offers an opportunity to perform all these functions very easily without any difficulty. It meets all expectations perfectly and keeps developing with each update.

I like most about Doctor eLearning is how it solves a real, painful problem in a simple and practical way. Instead of forcing users to rebuild or compromise their courses, it lets them directly compress, edit, and translate eLearning files from the original ZIP—saving time, cost, and effort.
What do you dislike?
I like the least about Doctor eLearning is that its value isn’t instantly obvious to new users. Since SCORM compression and course optimization are somewhat niche problems, many potential users may not immediately understand how much time, cost, and performance it can save them.
