What is FirstNet Learning LMS?

FirstNet Learning provides companies with modular, cloud-hosted training centers for creating and delivering employee training and assessments. The custom-branded learning management system (LMS) can be configured to suit each company’s individual needs, and includes modules for managing certifications, webinars, events, resources, policies, media, and more.

The classroom management module enables users to create and manage instructor-led events, and capture all of the training delivered. One-off and recurring sessions can be setup, and tools are included for managing instructors, registrations, class sizes, waiting lists, locations, and directions from Google Maps. Other events, such as conferences and seminars, can be created and managed, including session registration, attendee information capture, payment processing, and more. Training can also be administered through webinars, via integration with webinar provider softwares, and recorded for future playback. Certification programs can be setup, with users able to create assessed training tracks for different groups, departments, job roles, or individual employees.

Overview of FirstNet Learning LMS benefits

FirstNet Learning also includes a KWIKCourse module, which allows users to create their own custom online courses, and quizzes that can be associated with related courses or stand alone. Company policies and procedures can be uploaded into the system, and FirstNet automatically records whether employees have read, acknowledge, and accepted policies. Resources and media, such as white papers, manuals, DVDs, and CDs can also be managed, with electronic resources stored and organized within the training center, and tools for managing loans of physical media to employees.

FirstNet Learning also offers a catalog of more than 700 online courses, covering topics including cyber security, health and safety, law enforcement, employment liability, human capital, parks and recreation, and more. Courses can be customized with company branding, and hosted on the company’s existing LMS or FirstNet’s LMS solutions.
