What is WorkPlan?
WorkPlan is an Australian workforce compliance, capability and learning platform designed to help organisations connect learning with the practical requirements of the workplace. Rather than focusing solely on course delivery, WorkPlan enables organisations to manage workforce capability by bringing together learning, compliance, competency, performance and workforce governance within one integrated platform.
Learning can be assigned through job roles, teams, projects or organisational structures, helping organisations align development activities with operational requirements. Beyond traditional eLearning, WorkPlan supports competency verification, practical workplace assessments, licence and qualification management, policy acknowledgements, evidence collection and configurable workforce surveys through Insights360.
A key design principle of WorkPlan is its role-based approach. Job role requirements provide the organising structure, allowing learning, capability assessments, workplace evidence, compliance requirements and development activities to contribute to a single view of workforce readiness. This helps organisations move beyond simply recording training completions towards understanding whether people currently meet the requirements of their roles.
WorkPlan also includes configurable dashboards, reporting and analytics to provide executives, managers and employees with relevant workforce insights. Organisations can tailor dashboards, assessment frameworks and PDF reports to suit their own governance, compliance and capability requirements.
Designed and hosted in Australia, WorkPlan supports organisations across industries including construction, engineering, manufacturing, local government, healthcare, defence, utilities and other regulated environments. It can operate as a standalone platform or complement existing HR, payroll and enterprise systems, providing organisations with a practical way to manage learning, workforce capability and compliance together.
