What is PlusPlus LMS?
PlusPlus is a SaaS learning management solution designed to help businesses curate and manage eLearning content, onboarding programs, and training sessions for employees. It enables learning and development (L&D) teams to monitor employees’ development, generate progress reports, and track course completion statuses in real-time.
PlusPlus allows learners to view upcoming events in an integrated calendar, sort sessions based on the title, departments, or development skills, access trainers’ profiles and availabilities, and request presenters to conduct online or in-person learning events. It offers a host of features including gamification, analytics, email notifications, communications management, employee engagement, custom workflows, data synchronization, and more. Trainers can use the application to maintain a course catalog, run mentorship programs across various departments and business units, and organize open office-hours or ask me anything (AMA) sessions.
