Before we became a payroll service provider with an outbound effort, we were consulting a handful of clients throughout Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego Counties, in addition to serving a few clients nationwide. We subsequently and officially opened up to a larger target of employers with extended payroll services in 1997. At this juncture, we have achieved success through streamlining operations and improving our client’s bottom line with affordable payroll, HR, benefits administration and time and attendance services.
