What is SBS Payroll HR Suite?

Iteration is the best way to explain how SBS Payroll got started. Before we became a payroll service provider with an outbound effort, we were consulting a handful of clients throughout Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, San Bernardino, and San Diego Counties, in addition to serving a few clients nationwide. We subsequently and officially opened up to a larger target of employers with extended payroll services in 1997. At this juncture, we have achieved success through streamlining operations and improving our client’s bottom line with affordable payroll, HR, benefits administration and time and attendance services.

Providing complete payroll solutions is our passion but nothing surpasses our long standing energy of providing the utlitmate effort in customer care. The SBS Payroll seasoned executive team has benchmarked several standards used in the financial trade today with customer care highlighted as a core value.

We are committed to making business easier for clients by providing the knowledge, tools and resources to successfully manage your payroll and related human capital management (HCM) functions.  In fact, we believe thatpayroll done right means doing more than just payroll.

We service clients across all industries with specializations in non-profit organizations, manufacturing, professional services, and construction services.  However, due to our HCM product and service offering, we can extend expertise to any business who desires to leverage technology and a single point of data entry for all employee related departments.

Implementation
Implementation LiaisonThe Implementation Team will work closely with you to ensure the success of your implementation by helping with the initial setup, guiding you through all of the major payroll milestones for a smooth transition. Once you are fully implemented, your dedicated Account Executive will provide ongoing support for all your payroll and HCM needs and will be your main point of contact moving forward!

Communication ToolsYou will have a number of communication tools available to you while working with our Team. Your implementation team will set up a webinar or series of webinars to provide training on all aspects of our HCM platform. You can reach us anytime by telephone or email with any questions or concerns. We will work hard to respond to you as quickly as possible.

Setup & TrainingSBS Payroll’s commitment to you includes a thorough approach to setup and configure our solutions. As all SBS clients’ needs vary from others, specific implementation timelines are not assigned.
