What is Simplero?
Simplero is an all-in-one marketing software used by over 1,000 businesses to earn more than $100,000,000. Easily create your website, sell products, host online courses, build a membership community, and automate virtually everything in your business, all in a simple, practical and affordable web app.
Simplero® exists to raise the level of consciousness on the planet. It probably sounds weird for the founder of a software company to say that, but it's true.
In February 2008, I had an epiphany: I'm here to teach a new way to do entrepreneurship; a way that's deeply rooted in our spirituality.
Naturally I set out to teach this new revelation right away but I found the software to support this kind of business quite lacking, so I created my own.
Initially, it was just for my own use. But soon people started asking if they could use it too and Simplero® was born!
So that's why I say Simplero® exists to raise the level of consciousness on the planet, and it does so in many ways.
Every time we learn something new, our consciousness is raised.
Every time we teach someone something of value, our consciousness is raised.
Every time someone decides to quit a job that limits their spirit to pursue their dreams, consciousness is raised.

What do you like best?
What I enjoy most about Simplero is the balance it offers. It gives me the ability to create just about anything, from courses to automations, while still keeping the experience approachable. The flexibility is impressive, and it allows me to adapt the platform to my needs as my projects evolve. Another highlight is the support team. They don’t just provide ticket responses; they actually hold weekly Zoom sessions where you can ask questions directly, which feels incredibly helpful.
What do you dislike?
If you’re new, it may take a while to understand how all the features connect. While the live support and weekly calls are great, written documentation could be more comprehensive to help fill in gaps between those sessions. At times, I’ve found myself waiting until the next Zoom meeting or reaching out directly for help on things that could have been clarified with a more detailed guide. The system is strong, but without proper guidance, it’s easy to feel like you’re missing something

What do you like best?
Simplero has been one of the most impressive platforms I’ve used for managing websites, landing pages, and online courses. The system gives me the flexibility to keep everything in one place, which saves a lot of time compared to juggling multiple tools. What really stands out is the support team. Any time I’ve needed help, they’ve been responsive, clear, and quick to resolve issues. Their availability makes a big difference, especially when working on deadlines.
What do you dislike?
At the same time, Simplero can feel overwhelming. There is no simple 'getting started' path for new users, which makes the setup process harder than it should be. Most of the guides are in video format, which slows things down when you just want a quick written reference. Even when you find a walkthrough, you often realize that certain steps aren’t included in the base plan. That creates frustration, because you may spend time completing tasks only to learn you need to upgrade

What do you like best?
Simplero has a unique range of features, even compared to other all-in-one learning management systems. What makes it stand out is how many tools are integrated into a single platform like course hosting, student communication, payment processing, and even marketing functions. For educators, coaches, or trainers, this means you can build and deliver a complete learning experience without piecing together different apps.
What do you dislike?
Simplero is definitely more technical than I expected, particularly since I had already built my website on WordPress before joining. For someone who isn’t as comfortable with tech-heavy platforms, the setup process can feel a bit frustrating. I think users who start fresh with Simplero will benefit the most, but those migrating from other systems may face a steeper learning curve. More clearer pathways for people switching from existing websites would help ease the transition.
The features are great with helpful customization.

What do you like best?
One of the best parts of using Simplero is how much control you get over each feature. The platform offers a detailed range of options, which makes it easy to adjust settings and refine elements to suit different projects. Having that kind of depth means you’re not boxed into a single approach. You can really shape things to match your vision. It’s especially valuable when managing courses or setting up automations, as the system allows you to fine-tune processes rather than sticking to defaults
What do you dislike?
While the feature set is strong, I’ve noticed that the page builder and course design tools don’t offer as much creative freedom as I’d like. The layouts are functional, but they can feel restrictive if you want a more modern or visually distinct look. For users who want to brand their content with unique styles, it often requires extra workarounds or outside tools. I also think the design templates could benefit from more variety, since they sometimes look too similar to one another.
An easy way to sell your courses and learning content

What do you like best?
Simplero makes it easy to sell and deliver both digital courses and related physical materials from one place. For instructors and coaches, this means you can manage everything from video lessons to printed workbooks without needing separate platforms. Students can quickly access their course content after purchase, which creates a better learning experience. I also appreciate how the platform brings course delivery, student communication, and sales tools together under one roof.
What do you dislike?
The pricing structure might not suit everyone, especially for smaller coaching practices or new course creators. While the core features are strong, the entry plans feel limited compared to the cost, and upgrading can quickly add to monthly expenses. For someone just testing their first course, this can be a difficult commitment. Offering more flexible plans or a starter tier with stronger course-building features would make Simplero a more accessible option for independent educators.

What do you like best?
Once you get the hang of its features, Simplero becomes a very effective hub for managing online courses and memberships. The flexibility in payment plans, coupons, and membership tiers is excellent. I especially appreciate the clean design of landing pages and the smooth integration of payment gateways and email automation.
What do you dislike?
The entry-level plan feels expensive, considering the steep learning curve and limited feature usage if you’re just getting started. For modest needs or occasional courses, it may not be worth the cost. Additionally, the interface can be overwhelming at first with numerous modules and options, the startup period will take some time to navigate.

What do you like best?
We appreciate having all our website content, course materials, email list, landing pages, and payment gateway on one platform, which saves us a significant amount of time. There's no longer a necessity for us to join service after service or keep track of multiple logins; this saves a lot of overhead.
What do you dislike?
We enjoyed learning about the workings behind everything; however, it was a bit time-consuming for us to figure out how it all works, especially when we first started using it. The documentation occasionally leans too heavily on video tutorials, which are nice but not necessarily useful if you prefer to go through written instructions.

What do you like best?
The support team at Simplero is exceptional. Every time I’ve approached them with questions, they have replied very clearly and patiently, and also walked me through technical issues. That kind of support can make all the difference when you are growing your own business and wearing multiple hats.
What do you dislike?
However, this full-service package is not without its drawbacks. Initially, I spent more time on structuring content, creating automations, and setting up payments than just creating courses. For people who simply want to get content published without a lot of headaches, it can feel like an obstacle course. Some of the third-party integrations (like with calendars or external apps) also felt complicated compared to highly specialized systems.
Robust Feature Rich Platform For Entrepreneurs But Steep Learning Curve Is Intimidating

What do you like best?
For those who are juggling multiple offers (courses, memberships, coaching), Simplero provides a remarkably robust suite of tools, from course authoring to landing pages, payments, and list management, as well as automation, all in one place. The consolidation saves money and greatly streamlines the process.
What do you dislike?
That feature richness comes with a steep initial learning curve. Getting comfortable with all the modules took time and patience, and for a beginner, it can feel overwhelming. Additionally, unless you plan to utilize most of the features, the cost-to-benefit ratio may not be worthwhile; you could end up paying for functionalities you do not need or use.

What do you like best?
I love that Simplero is an all-in-one platform, which means my website, landing page builder, email marketing provider, membership site tool, and payment solution are all under one roof. I log into one dashboard instead of juggling a bunch of tools, and it feels really freeing. Their course building and automation features are very flexible, which made it easy for me to get up and running with my offerings.
What do you dislike?
Simplero does so much that the learning curve was a bit steep for me. There were a lot of settings and options that felt somewhat overwhelming at first, and I had to spend a considerable amount of time reading documentation or watching tutorials before feeling comfortable using them all.
