What is Sphere?
Sphere is the core of the experiential learning ecosystem it is a customisable Learning Management System created with the learner in mind for simplicity of use. This platform has been designed for ease of integration with other platforms through API’s to allow a single point of entry for employees to access digital content.
Workstar has deployed Sphere to a number of clients, with our largest deployment being McDonalds Australia, who have >110,000 employees accessing the platform on a daily basis, we also service other clients such as Commonwealth Bank and BankWest on this platform.
Workstar’s approach to deployment is to understand the detailed requirements of the client through our ‘LMS Design Workshop’ run by our UX team and then tailor an interface to suit the environment ensuring we are capturing your corporate branding, desired interface, content strategy and user demographics.
