Overview of The Training Arcade®: Arcades™ benefits

Arcades™ offers many features that will motivate and activate your employees. These features are as follows:

SOLO PLAY - Excite your audience with a wide variety of games including JEOPARDY!®, Trivia, Jump, Match, Scenarios, Word Scramble, Recall, Sort It and Wheel of Fortune®.

HEAD-TO-HEAD - Challenge teammates with Head-To-Head battles using our new multi-player capability. Pick a game, select your opponent, and let the games (and learning) begin!

MISSIONS - Launch connected content to create Missions- use them as a contest like “Beat The Boss” to amplify engagement and excite your team. Finish the Mission by completing content like games, videos, PDFs, weblinks, SCORM files, and images.

JOURNEYS - A Journey is a collection of two to eight stages that allow for a wide array of learning content including games, videos, PDFs, weblinks, SCORM files, and images that guide the player through a fun-filled learning path.

LEADERBOARDS - Player progress is tracked in a Global Leaderboard, driven by Experience Points (XP) earned in the Arcade. Individual game leaderboards show top performers and allow players to gauge how they compare.

EXPERIENCE POINTS (XP) - All player interactions provide the opportunity to earn XP. Gaining XP improves the player’s global leaderboard standing and encourages repeat play.

PRIZES - Using our prize engine you can create prizes for reaching higher levels. You set the prizes (eg. gift cards, vacation days or swag).

ANALYTICS- Track, analyze and export a range of trends and metrics across the key categories of Engagement, Frequency and Accuracy.
