TheFrontBest by KaizenHotels has been designed and developed by an Italian hotelier in order to boost the performance and reduce inefficiencies of the staff in his hotel. The app is inspired by the giapponese entrepreneurial philosophy of continuous improvement: Kaizen.

Our staff recognition system aims at empowering hotel staff and at boosting meritocracy within the team. Objectives can be set individually or by group along with the relative recognition when the result is reached. You can also assign simple tasks or tasks with a reward associated at completion.
