What is Thrive?
Thrive is a diversity microlearning platform that provides user-adaptive, skills-based training in 1-2 minute sessions. Unlike traditional diversity training workshops, Thrive is a cloud-based training solution that is scalable, self-paced and remote-ready. In fact, the platform was designed to address the fundamental problem with traditional diversity programming — that is, awareness workshops (such as unconscious bias training), alone are ineffective at facilitating behavior change.
