World Manager's Training and Development tools include everything companies need to manage employee training compliance from anywhere in the world. The suite of products includes all-inclusive e-learning tools, scenario-based training, policy sign-offs, achievement awards, employee appraisals, and exit interviews.
With the real-time reporting structure, National Training Managers and company executives have the ability to ensure compliance of training and completion rate of the training modules being pushed out to the employees. Location and role targeting ensures that content is delivered to the right employees in each location.
Each employee has their own unique login and dashboard. This ensures they have immediate visibility into their training curriculum and the information relevant to them. With fuel gauges and notice boards, employees have the ability to review upcoming training and go back through training modules they have already completed.
Training and sign-offs that are required to be completed outside of the World Manager platform can still be tracked within the employee profile online. This feature allows managers to verify that an employee has completed the in-person training or policy sign-off.
