As a Director of Client Learning Experience at ACS Technologies (ACST), you're responsible for the design, development and delivery of high-quality training and certification solutions to help our clients be more successful. You'll build and strengthen our relationships with customers through education. You'll lead a team tasked with owning the training content and delivery experience for clients, as well as the onboarding of new clients. You'll also design, launch, and grow a comprehensive online education platform. You'll work cross-functionally with Development, Marketing, Sales, Support, and Customer Success on the customer educational needs and content development for our rapidly growing customer base and industry. Additionally, you'll oversee the Training & Implementation team, which provides onboarding and customer training through various platforms (i.e. client-site, ACST campus, web-based, conference).

Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a customer online education and certification strategy that will accelerate and scale learning for our customers and drive product adoption through a modern customer learning experience
  • Define and execute the business cases, value props, roadmap, positioning, messaging, and communications to execute the online educational strategy
  • Drive consensus around learning product decisions using data-driven frameworks, methodologies, research and analysis, ensuring the quality of all online education courses within the guidelines of accrediting agencies
  • Research Market demand and user needs to identify opportunities for innovation and improvement to the learning product.
  • Develop and administer predictive learning analytics to ensure student success
  • Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders as well as focus groups to receive feedback, align strategy, share progress and set expectations
  • Advise and work collaboratively with Sales, Marketing, Training & Implementation, R&D, Customer Success and other departments to achieve mutually beneficial goals
  • Serve as a thought leader, keeping pace with developments in the industry, product management, educational design, adult learning and eLearning best practices
  • Identify opportunities to expand and explore new educational solutions and services to increase engagement, develop/support and improve outcomes
  • Guide creative strategy in educational offerings to identify, guide and formulate high-value content and direct copy and design deliverables across a variety of platforms
  • Prepare and execute the annual business expectations in revenue, expense management and net profit for the groups
  • Ensure the Training & Implementation team develops class content and schedule for ACST's annual conference reflective of the needs and interests of attending clients
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, eLearning, Educational Technology or similar with 6-8 years of experience with online education development and delivery; Master's degree preferred
  • 3-5 years of experience in leading and inspiring teams with special preference for leading in times of organizational change
  • Knowledge of current online education trends, issues, instructional design and technology
  • Knowledge and experience in producing educational content for customers and end users
  • Experience in using instructional design models and adult learning principles in producing learning content for eLearning and Virtual Classroom education, as well as the measurement of training effectiveness
  • Demonstrated strategic planning experience
  • Proven experience in developing and executing on learning content roadmaps
  • Familiarity with e-commerce, learning platforms and technology
  • Strong project management experience
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Superior analytical/critical thinking and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and maintain confidentiality
  • Ability to excel in a demanding, outcome-oriented, and dynamic work environment
  • Ability to lead through influence without direct authority
