The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering solutions that fully utilise our ‘next generation’ technology to deliver learning experiences that draw on the best of modern learning theory and practice including (but not limited to): spaced practice, performance support, micro-learning, personalised learning delivery, confidence based assessments and effective content curation. You will work closely with sales to ensure customer requirements are fully understood, matched to our offering and communicated to Product Managers to inform roadmap discussions. This role will act as a bridge from learning design to development, ensuring that the delivered solution is firmly grounded in best practice learning theory, where our customers will get a modern platform that will deliver real measurable performance benefits in the workplace.

Main responsibilities will be:
- Having an active role in pre-sales conversations and activities to ensure customer requirements are understood and mapped to ‘next generation’ technology and learning solutions
- Working closely with sales and learning consultants to support new business and upsell opportunities
- Managing ‘next generation’ projects to ensure successful and timely delivery
- Working with customers to ensure we can measure outcome of projects delivered and demonstrate performance improvement to inform case studies
- Attending and actively contribute to roadmap meetings led by Product Managers
- Working with Product Managers and Software Developers to fully understand ‘next generation’ capability and actively contribute to ensure we are building tools to deliver exceptional and effective learning experiences
- Managing the conversational learning designer (s) and draw on resource from service delivery, content production and design team to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Being a champion and knowledge source for Learning Pool ‘Next Gen’, keeping up to speed with competitor developments and best practice learning design.

- Have 5 years plus experience of managing and delivering learning technology projects
- Have a practical working knowledge of modern learning theory
- Are confident at leading customer meetings
- Have experience of working with software developers and creative teams
- Have line management experience
- Demonstrate excellent communication and team working skills
- Are curious and excited by innovation and new ways of working
