Gyrus is looking for an outstanding Sales Account Executive who excels in selling Software-as-a-Service solutions and help us grow revenue. We are on pace to double in size in two years but need motivated and determined sales professionals to reach our goals. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 5+ years selling experience to be part of an exciting software-as-a-service (SaaS) business for Learning Management System (LMS).

Responsibilities

The Right Candidate Will:

  • Be accountable for managing our inbound lead flow and generating new business opportunities to fuel our up-market growth.
  • Deliver quality and tailored demonstrations of GyrusAim LMS to prospects based on the prospects needs and priorities
  • Understand customer goals, plans, challenges, timeline, budget, authority
  • Meet or exceed your monthly quota of qualified opportunities and closed-won business.
  • Strive to continuously improve your sales process and demonstrate a willingness to learn and implement best practices
  • Supplement your pipeline by completing lead generating activities including cold calls, emails, and social touches
  • Complete of RFI and RFP proposal, based upon templates created by working with CEO.
  • Represent Gyrus at trade shows, including set-up and tear down as needed.

 

Qualifications

Top characteristics and traits for a successful Sales Account Executive:

  • 5 to 7 years of experience as a quota-carrying sales representative and/or sales prospecting experience – Ideally in software technical sales LMS Industry.
  • Ability to speak with CEOs, CFOs, CLO, Training Manager and ask intelligent questions
  • Self-motivated with ability to work in fast paced, changing environment
  • Genuine customer empathy
  • Organized and strong time management skills
  • Ability to manage support staff
  • Excellent written & verbal communication
  • A thirst for knowledge and growth in a start-up environment

This is an exciting opportunity for someone with 5+ years selling experience to be part of an exciting software-as-a-service (SaaS) business for Learning Management System (LMS).  This position will pay Base salary, a generous commission (1st year and renewals), bonus, full benefits, 401K, Profit Sharing, etc.
