Terms & Conditions for the Provision of the Event Marketing Solution: Premium Pack Service

The following terms and conditions govern the purchase of the event marketing service: premium package service via the eLearningIndustry.com Platform (“Platform”) by clients of the Platform (hereinafter referred to as “Clients” or "Client").

The premium package of the event marketing service includes the following promotional activities:

Sponsored Newsletter Story
The sponsored newsletter story refers to a specific placement of the weekly newsletter, highlighted as sponsored, that the platform sends on a weekly basis to its subscribers. Note: Through this package, you get two sponsored placements which can be used in different email campaigns.

 

  • Impressions (email opens): 3,000–3,600
  • CTR: 3.1%–7.5%

Clients are expected to deliver and commit to the following:

  • The client must book the date they wish their message to broadcast based on availability.
  • The client must provide their message (text), an image, and a title in the required specs no later than five (5) business days prior to their selected launch date.
  • The client must review and approve the test email they will receive no later than two (2) days prior to their selected launch date.
  • If the client fails to meet the deadlines, we might not be able to accommodate their request.

 

Press Release
The press release refers to the ability of the client to submit and publish a press release on a specific online address provided by the platform.

Clients can expect:

  • The platform will publish client’s press releases on eLearning Industry’s social media channels (Linkedin, Twitter, and Facebook).

Clients are expected to deliver and commit to the following:

  • The client must submit a Press Release that pertains to a newsworthy event, product, or service relevant to eLearning Industry’s audience.
  • The client must submit the desired Press Release two (2) business days prior to the selected publication date in order to be published by then.
  • The client must fill in all required fields before submitting a Press Release.

RoS Banner Ads (2 weeks)
The RoS banner ads refer to the ability of the client to publish banners of fixed dimensions and on specific placements provided by the platform, for a 2-week period after the agreed publishing date. After the 2-week period, the banner campaign will be terminated by the platform.

 

Clients can expect:

  • Advertising period: 2 weeks
  • Impressions: Up to 10,000 impressions
  • Clicks: 0.10% avg CTR
  • Ad Impression Frequency per user: 6–9
  • 2-week performance report

Clients are expected to deliver and commit to the following:

  • The client must send us related artwork at least eight (8) days before the scheduled date of the campaign. Guidelines and samples will be provided for free by the platform. After we receive the artwork, we will review and prepare the final banner campaign.

RoS banner campaigns will run over the following properties of eLearning Industry:

  • elearningindustry.com
  • elearningfeeds.com
  • elearninginfographics.com
  • elearningtags.com
  • vivaelearning.com

Remarketing Cookie Access
The “remarketing cookie access” service refers to the ability to add remarketing tags, owned by the client, on the platform. This will help clients to target users outside of the platform, with paid ads. These ads strictly promote the client products/services. Responsible for running these ads and the required budget is only the client.

Clients can expect:

  • The ability to add remarketing tags of your preferred platforms (Adwords, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) on a specific category on the platform (LMS, Authoring tool, Learning Solutions).
  • Expected performance:
    - Custom Learning Solutions: 90,000 user cookies per week
    - LMS Software: 65,000 user cookies per week
    - Authoring Tools: 79,000 user cookies per week

Clients are expected to deliver and commit to the following:

  • The client has to send us the remarketing tags of preferred platforms (Adwords, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) on a specific category on the platform (LMS, Authoring tool, Learning Solutions).
  • Let us know your preferred category (LMS, Authoring tool, Learning Solutions) in order to add the remarketing tags.
