Terms & Conditions for the Provision of the Pay Per Click (PPC) for Authoring Tools Service

The following terms and conditions govern the purchase of the Pay Per Click (PPC) for Authoring Tools service via the eLearningIndustry.com Platform (“Platform”) by clients of the Platform (hereinafter referred to as “Clients” or "Client").

Clients can expect:

  • Monthly Directory Traffic: 8.563-10.206 visits
  • *Maximum Number of Clicks per vendor/per month: 443 clicks
  • **Maximum Number of Conversions per vendor/per month: 26 conversions
  • **Conversion Rate per vendor/per month: 1.83% - 10.86%
  • Median Spend per vendor/per month: $268
  • Minimum Spend per vendor/per month: $278,50
  • Maximum Spend per vendor/per month: $1,513
  • 1st Position Potential Clicks (US): 265-365
  • 2nd Position Potential Clicks (US): 188-292
  • 3rd Position Potential Clicks (US): 168-243
  • 4th Position Potential Clicks (US): 82-171

Clients are expected to deliver and commit to the following:

  • The client must create/update a directory listing.
  • The client must select a landing page to send traffic to (Demo, Free Trial, Contact Us).
  • The client has to allocate a monthly budget (minimum $250) and select the countries they would like to target via PPC.
  • The client has to set up the assigned conversion tracking code to be able to track conversions.
  • The client has to enter a valid credit card.
  • The client will be charged at the end of each month for the number of clicks that their campaign has generated.
