Terms & Conditions for the Provision of the Promote an Existing Article Service

The following terms and conditions govern the purchase of the Promote an Existing Article service via the eLearningIndustry.com Platform (“Platform”) by clients of the Platform (hereinafter referred to as “Clients” or "Client").

Clients are expected to deliver and commit to the following:

  • The client needs to select a publication date for their article.
  • The client needs to submit an existing/imported article of a minimum of 700 words (however, the ideal length is between 1000-1500 words) via their eLearning Industry account at least eight (8) business days before the selected publication date.
  • The client needs to use the import tool on their dashboard to add the URL of their published article.
  • The client needs to submit an article written in proper English
  • The client must submit article content relevant to the eLearning industry. We do not accept product listings, academic papers (full or partial text), white papers or business reports.
  • The client is allowed to add one backlink per 350 words.
  • The client must be the copyright owner of all provided images or be able to produce the correct copyright license for said images if the client decides to submit a featured or in-text image along with their article.
  • The client must be the copyright owner of the imported article.
  • The client may upload “soft selling” promotional content.*
  • The author of the imported article must be the same as the author on eLearning Industry.
  • The client must complete a Public Author profile which must include the following:
    • Professional, personal photo (no company logos, etc.)
    • Link to personal LinkedIn account
    • Brief description of job role
  • The client must use the Article Editor to upload an article, and make sure that all the required fields are filled in:
    • Article title
    • Article category
    • A brief summary
    • Main content
    • Confirmation of copyright ownership

* CTAs, such as “Get A Quote,” “Contact Us,” “Get An Offer,” “Book A Call” or “Download A Free Trial/Demo” are not permitted.
