Deborah Limb - Learning and development professional with an MSC in Human Resource Development and a Chartered MCIPD, Deborah, has over 25 years of experience in designing and delivering learning solutions. As Learning Pool’s Chief Operations Officer, she is responsible for LMS implementation, bespoke content design and development and the build and maintenance of our off the shelf catalogues. Deborah also manages our Customer Success team and is passionate about ensuring our customers achieve outstanding results with their Learning Pool service that drives personal development and organisational performance. Ben Betts - Ben’s work with his company, HT2 Labs, has helped to define the ‘next generation’ of workplace digital learning platforms. Under Ben’s direction, HT2 Labs were amongst the first to put gamification into a Learning Experience Platform. They were the first to really grasp how social learning could be applied in the workplace. And HT2 Labs were the first to release an enterprise-ready Learning Record Store. Following Learning Pool’s acquisition of HT2 Labs, Ben has joined our executive team as Chief Product Officer with lead responsibility for our innovation strategy.
