Lindsey has over 20 years experience of designing and managing successful learning technology projects. She started her L&D life in the defence industry designing training for aircraft roll-out projects. She’s passionate about learning and started at Learning Pool nine years ago, heading up the custom content development team. Lindsey has over 20 years experience of designing and managing successful learning technology projects. She started her L&D life in the defence industry designing training for aircraft roll-out projects. She’s passionate about learning and started at Learning Pool nine years ago, heading up the custom content development team. More recently Lindsey has moved to a role in product development, focusing on how we can use learning theory to drive learning and performance improvement in future learning technology solutions. Ben’s work with his company, HT2 Labs, has helped to define the ‘next generation’ of workplace digital learning platforms. Under Ben’s direction, HT2 Labs were amongst the first to put gamification into a Learning Experience Platform. They were the first to really grasp how social learning could be applied in the workplace. And HT2 Labs were the first to release an enterprise-ready Learning Record Store. Following Learning Pool’s acquisition of HT2 Labs, Ben has joined our executive team as Chief Product Officer with lead responsibility for our innovation strategy.
