Andreea Soineanu, Josh Cleck & Rich Mesch

Andreea is a Global Learning Lead that spent the past ten years at PTC designing and delivering learning experiences that inspired people and teams to be their best, amplified human potential, and built the skills that drive PTC’s strategy forward. In her current role, she leads strategic and operational learning opportunities focused on creating an employee experience across PTC. She is also involved in digital business transformation initiatives for the People Team. Josh Cleck is the Director of Medical Affairs, Learning and Development at BioMarin. He has spent his entire career in the pharmaceutical industry in various field-based and internal roles, and the last seven years in various L&D roles. His L&D experience spans multiple therapeutic disease areas and numerous global sales and medical affairs groups. Josh’s role at BioMarin focuses on marketed and pipeline program training and Medical Affairs competency-related training. Rich Mesch has been working in the performance improvement field for over 30 years. An ideator and creator, he works with some of the world’s largest companies to solve business challenges by improving human performance. He is the host of the podcast “Real Impact!”, co-author of the ATD/Wiley book The Gamification of Learning and Instruction Fieldbook, and a frequent blogger, conference speaker, and contributor to industry publications. Rich is the VP at Learning Strategy for Performance Development Group of Malvern, PA.
