Designing High-Impact Microlearning, Leveraging AI Tools
Microlearning has gained tremendous popularity in recent years as an effective way to deliver bite-sized, engaging content that maximizes learning and retention. With the power of AI tools, we can now unlock new levels of personalization, interactivity, and efficiency when creating effective microlearning experiences.
High-performing L&D teams are leveraging the flexibility of microlearning to ensure learning is timely, focused, and application-oriented.
The various formats of microlearning make it ideal for formal and informal learning, social learning, performance support, and refresher training. Video, games, quizzes, scenarios, simulations, PDFs, infographics – all make it super easy to tailor microlearning for specific training needs while offering immersive learning experiences. Imagine designing learning assets that resonate with your learners and drive impactful results!
Join us as Dr. Lewis provides valuable insights into the world of microlearning design and how artificial intelligence (AI) tools can help expedite development.
In particular, we will explore how to:
- Distinguish microlearning from other instructional strategies
- Engage with stakeholders to clarify requirements
- Identify opportunities for microlearning, including refresher and reinforcement
- Follow a streamlined development path, including leveraging AI tools
We look forward to welcoming you to this exciting session and fostering a collaborative learning environment where we can collectively explore the limitless potential of microlearning and AI tools.
