The TxDLA 2015 annual distance learning conference will present an impressive variety of topics and activities that promote collaboration and professional excellence in the field of distance learning including sessions on teaching strategies, hands-on training, emerging technologies, program management issues, public policy, and more.
We all appreciate musicians with outstanding individual talent and skill. Yet, any experienced musician knows that his or her performance is greatly enhanced when blended in concert with other talented musicians. Our work in the field of distance education is similar to this idea in that we all have our individual talents to contribute, but to achieve all that we are called upon to do, and to excel at it, requires collaboration with others in the field. Like musicians working together to play a concert, we as educators, trainers, support staff, administrators, technicians, and business partners must strive to discover and make the most of our opportunities to collaborate.
Present at the TxDLA 2015 Conference
The conference will include half day pre-conference sessions, breakout sessions, along with world class speakers and general sessions designed to instruct and motivate. The conference theme for 2015 is "A Concert of Collaboration."
